Jyotiṣa Astrology Consultation: Tulsi loves to unpack what is ripe in an individual’s stage of evolution. Her aim is to shine light on what wants to be tended to and grown and in such a way that her client meets with more ease and grace and less resistance within the current planetary rhythms - as if she is offering a key to unlock one’s highest potential. Jyotish can tell you ultimately who you are, why you’re here, and where you are going. I’ll need your exact birth time, date and location of your birth.
Jyotiṣa Astrology Consultation for babies/children: This appointment is for child, from birth to age sixteen. The session will be between yourself (parent/parents) and I, unless your child is older, I’d be happy to have them accompany the call or read for them privately — depending on the intention.
Compatibility Consultation: Using the ancient Vedic practice of chart compatibility and synergy, we will dive together into the energy and potential of the relationship and how to tend to the connection in such a way that maximizes and bears the fruit which desires to be grown.

What is the difference between Vedic and Western Astrology?
The sole emphasis of Vedic astrology is on the ascendant, or rising sign (lagna), and the position of the moon, which at it’s basis has twenty-seven constellations known as nakshatras. These lunar mansions are located within the twelve signs of the zodiac. In comparison to Western Astrology which offers greater importance to the sun’s position in a specific sign, the nakshatras provide a very in-depth and personalized analysis into the layers of ones vedic chart. Another fundamental difference to these two systems are the way in which the position of the planets are calculated. Western (tropical) astrology, the system that most of us are familiar with in the west, is based on the seasons and the Spring equinox in the northern hemisphere and Vedic or sidereal astrology is calculated from the observational or actual fixed positions of the stars as they sit in front of the ecliptic. Due to the procession of the equinoxes, the two systems move one degree away from each other every seventy two years and currently have a difference of approximately twenty four degrees. Essentially, Vedic and Western astrology are two different languages used to convey the story of the stars.

I would love to see us all doing more of what we love. The thing about Jyotish - besides loving the whole process of seeing the unique story of an individual unfold, as we work our way through the chart (which I get very excited about because it’s fascinating, and each person is an amazing and beautiful tapestry of detail) … I love the synchronicity that I see when I work with people - there are always patterns and telling signs as a I prepare a chart. Sometimes everyone who comes for a while - they all are in the same cycle, or they all have the same planet in retrograde, or some similar interesting planetary alignment. Consistently, this happens. Lately I have a seen a series of beautiful both inside and out, thriving and powerful women - each one really deep, interesting and inspiring.
I love to unpack what is ripe in an individuals stage of evolution - what wants to be tended to and cultivated in such a way that that person meets with more ease and grace within the rhythms that are presenting themselves - as if I was offering a key to unlock their highest potential. Topics that I love focusing on are soul purpose, understanding your Nature, finding your happiness, understanding relationships and compatibility, astrocartography (locational astrology), shinning light on what is and for those of you who are on your own… finding your soulmate.
